Essential tools for account access

The spread of COVID-19 is now present in every facet of our lives. For the health and safety of our community, we ask members to reserve in-office visits to essential and time-sensitive business. We encourage you to consider the use of electronic access to complete transactions.

In observation of government mandated social distancing measures, please remember the various services available to access funds, make payments, deposits and transfers.

Secured Drop Box

The La Cañada and Campus offices have secure drop boxes. The drop boxes are located near the ATM at the La Cañada Office, and at the main entrance of the Campus Office. Boxes are collected several times a day by CEFCU personnel for deposits and loan payments. Deposited items made prior to 4:00 p.m. will be processed the same day.

ATM Access

Use your CEFCU ATM card for cash access to your CEFCU savings account at all CEFCU ATM locations, as well as ATMs nationwide through the CO-OP, PLUS or STAR systems. There is no fee for transactions at CEFCU ATMs and CO-OP ATMs. To find a surcharge-free ATM near you, use the CO-OP ATM Locator (also available on our mobile app). Drive-Up Teller

We have temporarily extended our Drive-Up Teller hours at the La Cañada Office, located at 528 Foothill Blvd., La Cañada, to Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Members can use the Drive-Up Teller window for deposits, loan payments, check disbursements, and cash withdrawals up to $3,000.

eBranch and Mobile App

Use eBranch, our online access system, and Mobile app from any where and at any time to manage and access your accounts electronically.

For convenient access any time, enroll in eBranch as a First-Time User.

  • Find the eBranch login area (upper right side) and click on First-Time User
  • Follow the prompts through the enrollment process*

For the fastest sign up, have your Account Number and PIN (last four of primary's social security number) available before beginning the eBranch enrollment process.
