In-Person Access at CEFCU Offices

La Cañada, Caltech Campus and Real Estate Loan Center open

Beginning Monday, June 1, our La Cañada office, Caltech Campus office, and Real Estate Loan Center (by appointment only) will reopen its doors to serve members in-person following strict health and safety measures as required by the County of Los Angeles.

In-person transactions will be carried out in a cautious and measured manner that align with guidance from public health experts. This includes limiting the number of members in the lobby or other public areas as necessary.

Health & Safety Measures

  • Face covering at entry and duration of visit (CEFCU will not supply masks)
  • Hand sanitizers available at teller counters and desks
  • Maintain 6 feet of social distance
  • Self-monitoring health symptoms including fever and cough before entering

Additional Measures

Over the past weeks, CEFCU prepared for the reopening of offices with additional sanitation and safety protocols. This includes floor markers to guide social distancing throughout our offices and ATMs, protective supplies for CEFCU representatives, surface sanitation between members, hand sanitizers at all stations and desks as well as enhanced cleaning measures by a third-party cleaning service at the close of every business day.

We also expanded conveniences to limit contact by extending hours for the Drive-Up Teller. We are grateful to thousands of members who have adapted to new ways to access CEFCU including eBranch, mobile app, email and phone support, ATM and USPS mail services, as well as the secure drop boxes at the La Cañada and Caltech Campus offices. As a reminder, eBranch, our online access system, is the easiest and best way to manage your accounts from the comfort and safety of your home.

Please note that our JPL office remains temporarily closed until further notice.
