Recent Transactions and Access
We are committed to providing our member/owners with superior and consistent member service all the while adhering to Los Angeles County's Safer at Home order. With the implementation of our Board-approved Business Continuity Plan, we centralized operations and temporarily restricted in-office transactions to scheduled appointments.
We realize this has caused members to experience longer than normal wait times to complete transactions or speak to representatives. While this certainly is not convenient, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we remain open and operational to provide uninterrupted financial service to more than 36,000-member accounts.
Unfortunately, we cannot predict how long we will have to operate differently to ensure a safe environment for our employees and members. We are grateful to thousands of members who have adapted to new ways to access CEFCU including eBranch, CEFCU including eBranch, mobile app, email and phone support, ATM, secure drop box and Drive-Up Teller.
With eBranch you can access your accounts online any time, from wherever you are, to view account balances and transactions, transfer funds, make loan payments, and more.
Our secure drop box can also be used for deposits and loan payments. The drop box at the La Cañada office is located to the right of the ATM. Deposited items made on normal business days prior to 4:00 p.m. will be processed the same day.
