CEFCU is Safe, Sound and Secure!
The spread of COVID-19 is now prevalent in every facet of our lives and sadly, affecting our health and well-being. As each family focuses on preventive actions to slow the spread of this pandemic, I want to assure you of the financial safety, security and stability of your Credit Union.
CEFCU, as an essential infrastructure workforce, remains open and operational. During these unprecedented times, we are committed to providing the financial access, convenience and support you need while maintaining our tradition of stability, security and trust.
On March 2, 2020, CEFCU activated its Board-approved Business Continuity Plan to ensure uninterrupted critical business functions. We centralized departments and reassigned staff to retain operational resilience for essential and time-sensitive transactions.
CEFCU is fortunate to navigate this storm from a position of strength and security. We have prepared, tested and passed multiple third-party audits of our preparedness and ability to respond to unexpected situations. We are confident in our ability to maintain operations to serve our members and exercise strict health mandates for the safety and security of our members, employees and community.

While our La Cañada office and Real Estate Loan Center are temporarily restricted to scheduled appointments due to social distancing requirements, all departments are fully staffed to meet our members' needs. The necessity of operating differently gives CEFCU the opportunity to excel in what we do best and discover new ways to serve our members.
eBranch, our online access system, is the easiest and best way to manage your accounts from the comfort and safety of your home. Members can also access CEFCU by phone, ATM, secure drop boxes, Drive-Up Teller and our mobile app. For consumer and real estate lending, please apply online.
While we cannot predict how long the coronavirus pandemic will last, we are ready to serve our members. We are here for you! We continue to be the safe haven for your hard-earned savings and your first choice for all your borrowing needs.
