Ways to Access CEFCU during "Safer at Home"

CEFCU remains open for critical transactions

Guided by our commitment to the health and safety of our members and employees, we have further activated a contingency plan that meets the mandates of the County of Los Angeles and allows us to serve your financial needs.

Identified as an essential business, CEFCU remains open for business to serve members electronically, by phone, and mail. In-office access is restricted to scheduled appointments to practice social distancing.

While this certainly is not convenient, we remain resolute that this is the best way to manage business operations to stay open for critical business functions. Individually and collectively, we share a responsibility to limit personal contact in work environments. We have activated the following changes to our Business Continuity Plan.

  • La Cañada Office
    Office access is restricted to members with scheduled appointments for consumer loan applications and essential and time-sensitive transactions. To schedule an appointment, please call (800) 592-3328 ext. 402. Members can use the Drive-Up Teller for deposits, loan payments, check disbursements, and cash withdrawals up to $3,000. ATM and secure drop box are also available at the La Cañada office.
  • Real Estate Loan Center
    Office access is restricted to members with scheduled appointments. To schedule an appointment, please call (800) 592-3328 ext. 404.

Please access services by phone, online, ATM, secure drop boxes, Drive-Up Teller, and our mobile app. Submit real estate and consumer loan applications online. Call us at (800) 592-3328 to speak directly to a CEFCU representative.
