Please be specific in your email as to what kind of issue you are experiencing along with the date and time of your incident. Also, if you are able to capture screen shots of the issue, they can be very helpful to us in researching your issue.
Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance
Access to CEFCU Mastercard accounts through MyCardInfo will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance on Friday, January 24 from 12 a.m. to 4 a.m. (Pacific Time), and Saturday, January 25 from 12 a.m. to 4 a.m. (Pacific Time).
