If you have questions about External Transfers, please contact Electronic Services at (800) 592-3328, option 3. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (Pacific Time).
Transfers are processed on business days, excluding federal holidays. Processing times cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to the External Accounts Transfer Agreement for full details.
