Important information for Quicken and QuickBooks Users
We are preparing to transition to our new eBranch and mobile app experience on Tuesday, August 11. This upgrade will require you to make changes to your QuickBooks and Quicken software.
Action Required
To ensure a smooth transition, please note the two action dates.
- Action Date #1: Friday, August 7
A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download by this date since transaction history may not be available after the upgrade. - Action Date #2: Wednesday, August 12
This is the action date for the remaining steps of the conversion instructions. You will complete the reactivation of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken and QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.
Intuit Conversion Instructions
Conversion instructions are provided below.
Availability of Quicken and QuickBooks Services
Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. The following services may not work during the outage:
- Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
- QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect
Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
Stay Tuned
While there will be a few steps required on your part, rest assured that we are doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes to make the upgrade as smooth as possible.
