For more than 75 years, CEFCU has focused on delivering two things that matter most to our member-owners: exceptional financial value and unsurpassed member service. Today, many more interactions take place through eBranch and mobile banking. As that shift continues, we challenged ourselves to ask an important question: Does our digital experience measure up to the same standards of value, convenience, and service that define CEFCU?

Managing your money should be simple. It should work wherever and whenever you need it. Over the past year, we have listened closely to your feedback. You told us you wanted easier transfers, simpler navigation, more features, and a more modern experience. We heard you!

Your feedback played an important role in the direction we chose for our new digital banking platform.  In the months ahead, we will launch a faster, easier and more secure digital banking platform.  More importantly, the upgrade will give you better tools to help you manage your finances with greater convenience and control.

    Keep a close eye on your email inbox for communication from CEFCU for updates.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
    CEFCU will never ask you for personal, account, credit card, or Social Security information via text or email.

Will I lose any services?

No. All your services will move with you — including scheduled transfers, mobile check deposit, internal/external transfers, and loan payments.

Why is CEFCU upgrading the online account access system?

Technology is continuously evolving, especially within the financial services industry. We will upgrade our system to continue to provide the highest level of account security and member access.
 
The new digital banking solution will provide a faster and more intuitive experience across all your devices — PC, tablet, and mobile phone. We are excited to bring easier access to payments, loan details, alerts, real estate loan payment (including escrow/taxes) history, and much more.

Will my account number change?

No, your account number will remain the same.

Will there be downtime?

Yes. We expect a short period of downtime. We’ll share the exact timeframe as soon as it’s confirmed.
